Returns + Exchanges
We want you to treasure your READY SET ROMPER!
BEFORE REMOVING TAGS please inspect your garment and ensure it is to your liking. Once tags are removed you are no longer eligible for a refund/exchange.
*All re-usable / biodegradable zip apparel bags MUST be returned with your garment or the return will not be accepted.
New and unworn/unused items with tags still attached (Trying on once is perfectly acceptable) purchased online at our store www.readysetromper.ca only may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
READY SET ROMPER must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a refund/or an exchange. In order to be eligible all original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. DO NOT return items to us without notifying us first or send items that are returned without tracking. Doing so will immediately void your refund/exchange.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of an exchange. For convenience, we will send you a pre-paid return label and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund once we receive your returned item. This shipping label fee is reduced to $9.00 CAD if you wish to receive store credit, rather than a refund.
International returns or exchanges; customer is responsible for all return fees. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment only.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange/store credit/ or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3-7 business days (depending on your card issuer's policies + procedures). Ready Set Romper is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution. If you have questions regarding an already processed refund, you must contact your card issuer/bank. RSR is not responsible for possible transaction fees charged by your bank.
Removing tags will make the item a FINAL sale and NOT eligible for returns, refunds, store credit or exchanges.
Quality Issues/Defects: If you receive an item with a defect upon delivery (unworn/unwashed), please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue and each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email hello@readysetromper.com for all customer service issues. Filing chargebacks before attempting the required steps of resolution is considered fraud and will be pursued as such. We take this very seriously and will pursue a reversal as well as filing such CB's as fraudulent, which is considered theft in the eyes of the law.
Sizing Issues: If after trying on your romper; tags still attached- you find it to not be the right fit please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Sizing exchanges are NOT eligible for refunds, but are eligible for store credit only. The customer must pay the return shipping fee.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there is a sizing issue. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping during your original order you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping in the event of an exchange or return.
Final Sale: Items that are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return are:
-Headwraps, Beanies, Bibs, Loveys
-Items purchased using a coupon code 15% or greater. ALL SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions.
All items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only under the same terms listed above.
Price adjustments for all sales are honored if you placed your order 24 hrs before the start of a sale. Price adjustment will be provided in the form of store credit only and not as a refund. Price adjustments exclude flash sales and promotions.
Items over 15% off are final sale, they may not be exchanged or refunded.

All orders ship from beautiful British Columbia during Monday-Friday, excluding weekends & stat holidays.
During holidays, restocks and new launches, you may experience a small delay.
Standard Shipping Rates:
FREE SHIPPING for Canadian orders >$185 (this total must be reached before shipping & after any applied discount codes).
We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event that shipping charges are too costly.
We are unable to edit/cancel an order once it is placed due to orders being processed in real time on the packing floor.

Shipping Transit Times
**Due to country wide wild fires carriers are experiencing delays. If you have any issues you are welcome to reach out to our customer support team at hello@readysetromper.com but please understand this is something that is out of our control.
Our current order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, HOWEVER during drops and during new release drops our processing time can be 3-5 business days.
Shipping typically takes approximately 5-9 business days to deliver within Canada & the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO., however, weather related delays are possible and are unfortunately out of our control.
PLEASE NOTE: If shopping from the USA: USPS can take up to 5 days to scan and update your tracking information, meaning even though your package is in transit; it will continue to read as “processing” for multiple days. Your patience is much appreciated!
Most importantly! Please use your tracking # provided in your shipping confirmation email to stay up to date on your package. **Be sure to check your SPAM folder for emails from us, as sometimes we can be sent there in error!
International Orders
Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves Canada or the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.
Order Status
- If you selected shipping with tracking- please check your emails for updates. (Please check your junk/spam email folder also)
- Please allow at least 72 hours for tracking to be updated. (Again, USPS can take 5+ days during recent shipping backups and delays).
- We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.
Import Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Ready Set Romper is not responsible for delays OR fees due to customs, duties, or taxes.
Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient/incorrect address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded (minus shipping charges and an $10 CAD undeliverable fee), which will be deducted from your original payment (as we are charged this by the postal system after a package is deemed undeliverable). WE MUST actually be in possession of the returned goods before the above refund shall be processed. This RTS (Return To Sender) process can take multiple weeks. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
